Chris & Conrad's Music Builds Homes in Cambodia

In 2007 Vertical Shift Records held an outreach crusade in Phnom Phen Cambodia featuring rock acts from the United States. Record label executives along with the accompanying artist witnessed the extreme poverty of many cambodians. In the vein of wanting to help the good people of Cambodia VSR inquired with Winners Team Foundation about getting involved in the building program.

Now more than two years later Winners Team has installed an entire village street of housing that is about a quarter mile in distance for impoverished cambodians. To date 50 homes have been built including a sewer system and electricial lines. The village also has a community center which houses a kitchen and meeting space for the entire community.

Winners Team Foundation has plans to finish the building project with over 1000 homes. This will enable over 3000 men, women, and children to have shelter and a cleaner living environment. VSR has committed to help with featured artist fundraising at concerts. Winners Team knows that artist like Chris & Conrad's continued success will lead to more awareness for this project and increased donations.
