Why don't we post our email addresses on the site?
One word: SPAM. Sure, it would be nice if we could simply post a complete church email directory. However if an email address appears on a website, the spammers have computer programs that scour the internet for email addresses and will eventually grab it. So it is just a matter of time before the deluge begins. The last address we posted on our website was receiving over 10,000 spam emails a day. We feel that it is not being a good steward of our time and the money we pay our staff (God's money entrusted to us by our congregation) to have to sort through all of that junk in order to still find important messages.
